**Sales Manager - Málaga, Spain (On-Site)**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM**

**Solturo Management is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, connecting with U.S. clients in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role requires a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, and experience working with U.S. markets.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.**:

- **Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive team performance and business growth.**:

- **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.**:

- **Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance sales skills.**:

- **Maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.**:

- **Prepare reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends for senior management.**:

- **Foster a dynamic and results-driven sales culture within the team.**:

- **Oversee and execute comprehensive training programs to continuously improve the team's sales expertise and product knowledge.**

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of sales experience and managerial roles**:

- **Experience in call centers and working with U.S. clients is preferred**:

- **Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**:

- **Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).**:

- **Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.**:

- **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.**
