**What We’re Looking For**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or a Related Field is Preferred.
- A Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Business Development within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail sector.
- A proven track record in wholesale, licensing, or retail expansion, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with The Pacha Group’s award-winning Service Quality.
- Brings a Strong Network within the Fashion Retail and Distribution Industry, Supporting Strategic Growth and Brand Reach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to Build Positive, Productive Relationships Across Diverse Teams and Stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrates Flexibility and Readiness to Travel Internationally as Required to Support The Pacha Group’s Expanding Global Footprint.
- Impeccable Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional Languages are a definite Plus.
- Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.
- Personally Settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Expands The Pacha Collection into New Markets, Retail Opportunities and Distribution Channels Across the Middle East, Europe and Strategic International Destinations, amplifying the Brand’s Global Footprint.
- Builds and Manages Impactful Relationships with Multi-Brand Retailers, Distributors and Concept Stores.
- Collection through Curated Wholesale and Retail Partnerships.
- Negotiates and Secures Brand Licensing Agreements and Oversees Creative Collaborations with Designers, Influencers and aligned Partner Brands, ensuring every activation reflects The Pacha Group’s Iconic Legacy.
- Drives E-Commerce and Digital Growth by Expanding Direct-to-Consumer Channels and Strengthening Partnerships with Digital Retail Platforms.
- Develops Commercial Business Plans, Sales Strategies and Revenue Forecasts that Deliver Measurable Growth while Protecting Brand Identity and Positioning.
- Represents The Pacha Collection at Global Trade Fairs, Fashion Weeks and Industry Events, serving as a Magnetic Brand Ambassador with a Deep Understanding of Luxury, Culture and Commerce.
- Tracks and Interprets Market Trends, Competitor Movements and Sales Performance, adapting Strategies Proactively to ensure Long-Term Commercial Success.
