Seguimiento del Servicio de Mantenimiento - NCR Voyix

**Responsabilidades**:
Mejora del Servicio:
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el servicio.
- Alinear el servicio con los objetivos del cliente.
Detección de Necesidades:
- Detectar nuevas necesidades de hardware y servicios.
Gestión de Problemas:
- Identificar problemas de manera reactiva y proactiva, trabajando en su mitigación o resolución.
- Documentar los problemas detectados junto con el cliente.
Intervención en Incidencias:
- Intervenir en incidencias de alta complejidad, tanto presencialmente como de forma remota.
Colaboración con TS y Account Executives:
- Trabajar en soluciones técnicas junto con los Account Executives.
Reportes y Documentación:
- Reportar al COL las desviaciones y posibles soluciones identificadas.
- Revisar manuales y software disponibles.
Coordinación de Pruebas:
- Coordinar pruebas in situ con PS y el cliente.
Modalidad de Trabajo:
- Trabajo híbrido, con presencia en las oficinas del cliente Bonpreu un mínimo de 2 días a la semana.
