We are looking for a self-optimized, fast thinker Traffic Manager who is able to learn internal processes quickly, support the team as it grows, and bring new alternative solutions that help continue to grow the bottom line results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage variety of advertisers and partners accounts
- Creative oversight and ad tech implementation
- Record and communicate stats and reports to internal and external parties
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
- Find and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities
- Prepare sales reporting, presentation of findings and other marketing documentation as needed
- Other marketing tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years in the performance marketing industry
- Degree in Sales, Marketing or Advertising, or other relevant education/experience
- Strong computer and internet competence
- Microsoft/Google Office, especially Excel/Sheets
- Analytical thinking for growth and optimization
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and strategies
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Extreme ownership mindset is an absolute must

Desirable skills:

- Data science and machine assisted decision making automation
- Extensive and established performance marketing industry network
