The data-driven and strategic **Traffic Acquisition Manager** leads and optimizes our efforts in driving high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.**What are your responsibilities:*** **Develop and execute** traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing* **Optimize landing pages** and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost* **Report regularly** on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.* **Develop and execute SEO strategies** to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings* **Analyze performance data** (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns* **Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns**, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies* **Build and maintain senior-level partnerships** with country-level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers)* **Manage budgets** and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.* **Monitor and analyze** campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.* **Identify new growth opportunities** through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.* Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data* Solid expertise and hands-on experience in **SEO and Performance Marketing** (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, and Social Ads)Technical/methodological skills* Familiarity with additional tools is a plus – such as **feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising**, and **Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)*** Fluent **English** speaker; proficiency in **Dutch** or **French** is an advantage* A dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.* Opportunities for personal development and growth.* A friendly team of colleagues.* A competitive salary and good employment conditions.Then apply now and become part of the TAKKT family.
