**MISSION**:
Opérer les campagnes SEA (Google Ads) & SMA de 10 comptes clients (services digitaux) pour un budget annuel de 5M€+/an, piloter leurs rentabilités et participer à la croissance de l'agence, en collaboration étroite avec la CMO.
**RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS**:
Opérer et optimiser toutes les campagnes SEA et SMA des comptes clients (BtoB) sur un périmètre FR et EU (Espagne, Allemagne, UK) : avec une répartition des investissements à 80% en SEA (Google & Bing) et 20% en SMA : TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest.
Analyser le trafic des sites et des parcours clients et proposer des pistes d’améliorations pour augmenter le taux de conversion. Tu participeras à la professionnalisation des AB tests avec le choix et l'intégration d'un outil du marché.
Accompagner le développement d'une nouvelle BU dédiée au leadgen (revente de leads sur les secteurs finance / assurance / jeux).
Elaborer les reportings hebdomadaires des campagnes et effectuer une veille pour connaître les dernières tendances du marketing digital et des réseaux sociaux.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
En véritable expert SEA (Google Ads, Google Shopping et bing ads), tu penses performance, tu es autonome et tu as une vraie culture du résultat. Tu collabores avec des experts et tu peux monter en compétence sur la partie AB test et leadgen si c'est nouveau pour toi. Tu rejoins une équipe jeune et soudée, l'ambiance est excellente et collaborative (ici pas de turn-over depuis la création de l'agence en 2018, c'est une agence où il fait bon vivre). Pas de blabla, l'organisation est agile et tu auras l'opportunité d'avoir un réel impact sur les projets et la croissance de l'entreprise. Tu peux d'ailleurs obtenir un bonus ultra motivant selon les résultats obtenus. Ta manager est la CMO, ton N+2 est le CEO et tu travailles avec les équipes développeurs & design. Tu as 2 jours de télétravail/semaine, le bureau à Barcelone est un bel espace de co-working moderne et très sympa en plein centre ville. Le contrat de travail est un contrat espagnol avec les avantages d'un contrat français (mutuelle, transport, tickets restau...)
