Traffic Manager

**What you’ll be responsible for as a Traffic Manager at albelli-Photobox Group**

As Traffic Manager, you’re responsible for managing the day-to-day trafficking and management of creative briefs from internal teams through to delivery via the internal creative teams for our Photobox, Hofmann and Posterxxl brands, ensuring the stages of the projects are met according to client and creative brief, resource and deadline deliverables

Work closely with the Creative Operations Manager, and as a central part of the Marketing team, you will need to work responsively, especially during the busy build up to the Christmas peak period.

**The impact you’ll make**:

- Understand and help define the creative briefs with the stakeholders across PBX/HF/PXXL in all markets, to make sure the creative team is clear on the deliverables
- Act as the main point of contact for all day-to-day creative team brief requests
- Identify, manage and track required resources to fulfill creative briefs
- Assign briefs to relevant creatives and keep resource sheet up to date daily
- Track and update project tickets in the workflow system (Jira)
- Monitor current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Build effective relationships with key departments and internal clients - proactively coordinate and manage all stakeholders to ensure delivery dates are adhered to and marketing delivery deadlines are not missed
- Reporting on project status & workloads and keeping stakeholders informed
- Prioritization of constantly changing workloads and manage shifting production requirement
- Assist in shoot preparation where required
- Organising shot imagery and videos and keeping track of usage
- Overseeing and coordinating the translation process with internal stakeholders and our translations platform
- Help and support the Creative Operations Manager with the weekly resource meetings

**Must Have Experience & attributes**:

- Some experience as a traffic coordinator/manager or project manager within a creative environment
- You’re well organized, possess excellent communication skills and have a solution focused attitude.
- You thrive in a fast-moving work environment where there are regular changes in structures and processes and where you can make a real impact.
- You love to learn and take the initiative to find solutions to problems.
- Understanding of the campaign and creative process
- Strong communication skills
- Have next-level organizational skills with the ability to multitask

**Nice to Have Experience**:

- Experience of working with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello (highly beneficial)
