**Company Description**

We offer our own bingo and slots software and also more than 2000 games from the best game providers. With offices based in Ceuta, Malta & Spain we always strive to bring joy and security to our customers. Additionally, we will be launching soon in other regulated markets

As the Bingo Executive you’ll work closely with the Bingo Manager to develop and oversee bingo operations to optimise the product’s commercial performance with focus on delivering a world class customer experience

The function of the Bingo Executive is to be responsible for most operational and commercial aspects of YoBingo.es our Spanish Bingo brand.
- Planning, execution and constant tracking of commercial activities and promotions
- Help Customer Support and Chat Moderators/Streamers with Bingo enquiries
- Briefing of campaigns details for both Design and copy teams
- Coordinate with the Bingo Manager to run the promotional plans/calendar, with a focus on data led decisions
- Analyse promotion results and product performance
- Support the development and implementation of the product plan strategy that guides the direction of the Bingo products across multiple brands
- Stay informed of the latest offerings in market to ensure that our Bingo products and brands are staying ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders: design, content, technology, compliance/legal etc
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure the product is competitive in the market

**Qualifications**
- Native Spanish speaker with good English communication skills
- Experience working at the iGaming industry, with strong UX focus
- Data driven with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Self-starter, resilient, well organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative style, accustomed to brainstorming, measuring, testing, and iterating in search of optimal results and entertainment value
- A creative mindset - always considering new features that can deliver customer value and add value to our casinos
- Can-do attitude with a flexible approach
