CRM ExecutiveLocation: Ceuta, Ceuta, SpainAs a member of the commercial team you will help plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns for YoBrands and ensure best CRM practice. The role puts the customer at the heart of everything and drives engagement to increase conversion, loyalty, lifetime value, cross‑sell and reactivation.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute engaging CRM campaigns and communications across multiple channels.Assist with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensure campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams.Work with marketing and creative teams to develop highly effective original and targeted creative concepts and content.Help optimise the player journey.Measure and report on all key KPIs for lifecycle (Conversion, Upsell, Cross‑Sell, Churn) and channel (Delivery, Open & Click rates) and customer (bonus adoption, player days, average deposit, etc.).Work with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure all content and promotions are captured and supported via CRM in an optimal way and that USPs are promoted adequately.Ensure the relevant customer segmentation is applied to all campaigning to deliver the right messaging and offers at all points of the lifecycle.Create long‑lasting relationships with our players.Deliver high‑quality campaigns in a timely manner.Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools.Analyse industry trends and competitors.Communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.QualificationsNative Spanish speaker with good English communication skills.Experience in a CRM execution role and segmented end‑to‑end customer lifecycle journeys.Experience with CRM or Email marketing software.Competent (intermediate to advanced) in Microsoft Office.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Strong time‑management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Ambitious, creative and keen to experiment with campaigns, bringing innovative ways of thinking to everything you do.Knowledge of HTML or familiarity with CMS is a plus.Experience with Bingo and/or Casino as a user is a plus.Additional InformationJoin us to unlock benefits and opportunities that will boost your career journey in a vibrant, inclusive and fulfilling work environment so you can BeYourself.From hybrid working and colleague support networks to menopause support and weekly PepTalks we are here for you.We also invest in your growth by providing development opportunities, leadership training and cutting‑edge industry certifications so you have the tools and resources to help you work win and grow with us.Immerse yourself in new cultures and gain international exposure through our global business.
