Tareas
- Billing, payments, and collections for customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Use of the SAGE accounting system for daily operations and decision-making
- Project hours management and execution
- Administrative management of project expenses (travel, billing) for AG's team of consultants
- Billing management through customers' electronic portals
- Implementation of the company's Intelligent Management Software
- Financial analysis and business forecasting
- Managing customer requests directly or through the agency - Mod 347, audit, etc. - 24 hour response
- Relationship with law firms
- Occasional support in presentations and proposals
- Training of AG in public competitions and tenders
- Support in various administrative tasks: creation of special Excel templates especially.

**Requisitos**:

- Financial and accounting educational background
- Experience with accounting systems, including SAGE
- Project management and administrative skills
