We are hiring an** **Airport Customer Service Agent** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Assisting passengers at the check-in and boarding
- Reservations and ticketing
- Flight Coordination including all administrative tasks related.
- Provision of passenger assistance (claims, suggestions, baggage, lost objects)

**What you will need**:

- Educational background in management and/or business.
- More than 2 years’ experience in Administrative Roles, most valued experience in airports or transport area.
- Spanish and English advanced other languages will be a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts and part time specific days.
- Excellent communications skills and customer oriented.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Very organized and teamwork player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting date first July, fix term contract
- 15 hours per week
