Or, in plain English, we help move the world, offering incredible technology that powers almost a third of the global air cargo market.

Chances are you have something in your house that was shipped using WebCargo. No big deal, but kinda a big deal.

We’re not alone, either. WebCargo is a proud part of Freightos, a Nasdaq-listed global freight booking platform that connects hundreds of carriers, thousands of forwarders and tens of thousands of importers and exporters. Together, we move the world.

But like our 9th grade English Literature teacher told us, we’re good but can do better. Which is why we need the perfect Operations Director to help, well, direct the operations of our freight forwarder technology that keep the thousands of global freight companies, from multinationals to independent small businesses, ticking.

And that is exactly where you come in. Who are you (beyond someone who appreciates deep philosophical questions, of course)? You’re a skilled, savvy (and hopefully fun) SaaS aficionado who loves keeping B2B tech humming across rollouts, project management, customer success, and coffee bean selection.

Let’s get specific.

**Responsibilities**:

- We have some incredible folks on our team (if we do say so ourselves) and they deserve the best. That includes a fantastic manager for our range of teams that delight our customers with an excellent post-sale experience, including Customer Success, Project Management, Support and Data.
- When you love customers as much as we do, you write them Valentine’s Day cards. Okay, maybe not that much but you will constantly identify innovative ways to continue to drive value for our customer base.
- As much as we love our customers, as the ‘90s song goes, it’s all about the money. So you’ll ensure that we improve processes and focus on managing our cost of doing business with an aim to maintain healthy margins.
- If an operations director optimizes operations in a forest, does anyone care? You’ll liaise with other departments (Sales, Product, R&D, G&A) in order to execute our business according to plan. And what a plan it is.
- Our team needs to keep on growing, developing and smiling. You’ll support your teams with career development and recruitment.

**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of experience managing customer-facing teams at a SaaS company. B2B, preferably. Logistics would be even better but, hey, we know it’s a small world.
- We’re seriously everywhere. There isn’t a continent our team isn’t on so you’ll ideally have experience managing global/remote teams.
- Proven track record of managing and developing experienced leaders.
- We like to use numbers more than an accountant. You’ll be proficient in using data to make better decisions, drive customer value, and sound smart.
- What’s dressed like a rabbit, methodological, organized and detail-oriented? An Operations Director dressed like a rabbit. Okay, it’s a weird joke but it’s true - the devil is in the details in this role.
- Experience simultaneously supporting a variety of software products. Helping your grandmother with the internet doesn’t help. But it’s still a nice thing to do.
- Fluent English speaker and writer.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Logistics doesn’t always move fast. You’ll ideally have experience with products that require long implementation cycles.
- Additional languages.
