**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to lead our Cloud & Operations team and be a key-player in our growth and scale journey. Reporting to the CTO, you will manage the cloud and ops teams with direct oversight of our operations, procedures and projects with our large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the availability, security, and performance of the cloud-based SaaS solutions.

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Barcelona.

**Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes**
- Ensure that the core mission of availability, security, and performance drives team activities
- Ensure that CTO and product-management is actively informed of hosted/cloud operational activities.
- Develop infrastructure strategy and structure that enables innovation and seeks to leverage technology trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations
- Support end-to-end systems infrastructure design, capacity planning and performance management, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement
- Working with team and ongoingly develop, disseminate, and maintain best practices in support of operational excellence and standards compliance
- Work closely with multi-team technical resources and stakeholders to ensure systems function and that outages are dealt with rapidly and effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and introduction of ‘best practices’ into all areas of process, metrics, and performance
- Proactively establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders and customer communities, business partners, vendors and third party organizations

**We are a great match if you have**:

- 3-5 years of experience leading senior Infrastructure or DataCenter/CloudServices teams
- Strong hands-on data center and IT infrastructure architecture and design experience
- Solid experience with Linux/Unix variants
- Demonstrated project management and delivery experience
- Experience delivering a broad range of IT Operational services such as Enterprise Networking, System Architecture, and Data Center operations
- Strong knowledge of network and access security.

**And we would really love to meet you if you also have**
- Azure and Kubernetes or other public cloud deployment knowledge
- Passion for automation
- Experience of security and compliance management (examples: ISO, SOC2, CSA Star )
- Proven experience in IT/Cloud services infrastructure strategic planning and delivery
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality in cloud-services/SaaS delivery, support and compliance.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Any additional language(s) is a plus.
