For our offices in **Barcelona or Madrid**, we are looking for a **Design Lead** to drive the growth of our agency by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. You'll work across disciplines to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions in the Iberian region and beyond.

As an innovative Design Lead you will work across a variety of industries and lead the creative direction of design projects for our multinational clients.

You'll be confident in sharing your knowledge and skills with clients and the wider team whilst being an advocate for pushing creative boundaries.

You'll be providing creative inspiration and you will identify gaps and opportunities for end users and the organization across all touch points within design services, ensuring customer and business value.

- Lead and manage design projects from concept through delivery by delivering compelling, high-quality creative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Oversee multiple projects and prioritize/ delegate tasks effectively
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- Work effectively and calmly to meet all deadlines, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to dispense design advice along the way to clients and team members
- Are well organised, with impeccable attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards during bursts of activity

**What makes us curious**
- You have at least 10+ years of experience in the development and implementation of technology, product and service innovations
- You have a master graduate in business, design, research or other relevant educational background
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, product teams and stakeholders
- A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, advise and build strong relationships with our clients
- Knowledge in the development and evaluation of customer related KPIs in the area of designing products and services
- You are always up to date and know the current trends and innovations in the industry and act as a creative impetus.
- In addition to an analytical thinking, you bring joy in dealing with people and their needs
