Job Description

We're looking for a Brand Design Lead to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.

About the role We're looking for a Design Lead to own and lead our company's visual brand. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our brand is expressed across all touchpoints, ensuring it reflects our vision consistently and effectively. This position combines creative leadership with a strong focus on process, structure, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible not only for elevating design quality but also for building the operational foundation that allows our brand to scale across the whole company. 

Your ChallengeLead and mentor a team of designers by setting clear direction and fostering professional growth while building a collaborative culture that drives high-quality work.Establish and optimize processes and workflows that make the team efficient, organized, and scalable.Own the company's visual brand and ensure it is applied consistently across all touchpoints, guiding creative work to stay high-quality and on-brand.Collaborate closely with leaders and teams across Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing to ensure brand consistency and support business priorities.Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors (for example videographers, freelancers, agencies) to extend team capabilities.Bring fresh ideas, tools, and industry trends to continually evolve our design approach.

What You'll Need to Succeed4–6 years of design experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.Proven ability to lead teams and build structure within a creative environment.Strong background in brand, marketing, and digital design, backed by a compelling portfolio.Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Technology, and Sales, as well as other designers, to establish cohesive branding across the organization.Understanding of video and motion design workflows (hands-on expertise not required)Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).Experience using Jira or other ticketing systems to manage workflows and cross-team collaboration.Experience sourcing, contracting, and managing external creative vendors and freelancers.Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring clarity and process to complexity.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English, both spoken and written.
