**What are we looking for? What do we offer?**
We are looking for talented digital product designers to join our project teams. Thinkers and doers with the ambition to develop a career in digital product design and development: from UX research and product conceptualization to interaction design, from information architecture to functional and content design.
You will work on projects where innovation, communication and user experience are key to generating business. We research, think and create solutions that help companies and institutions reach new users, offer new products and open new markets.
You’ll be working with kindred and caring spirits, fellow Rebels passionate about how digital and business can make the world a better place. You will have the opportunity to work and learn from a diverse and international team based in three countries. You will work at our basecamp in Madrid or from home, in a flexible part-time model in which the timetable can also be adjusted to your needs.
**Here's what you'll be doing**:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in designing solutions that span from research to product implementation.
- Define and execute the product design strategy, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms and channels.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing experts, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into tangible solutions.
- Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and design reviews, promoting continuous innovation and improvement.
- Oversee usability testing and feedback analysis to optimize design proposals.
- Stay updated on the latest UX and product design trends to ensure our projects remain cutting-edge.
**Here's what we're looking for**:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital design, with a proven track record of leading teams and product projects.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
- Ability to transform business objectives into innovative and effective design strategies.
- Experience in developing and scaling design processes within collaborative, interdisciplinary teams.
- A high level of English for working in international settings and strategic meetings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
