We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Head of Product** to oversee the development and management of our gaming products. As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our game titles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality games that resonate with our audience and achieve commercial success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth goals.
- Lead product development, define product vision, own product roadmaps, and manage timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with game development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and with high quality. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure our games remain competitive and relevant.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing and community teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans that maximize player engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development and publishing.
- Mentor and develop product managers.
- Manage the relationship with the development studios to ensure a high level of effectiveness and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including game development, publishing, and player engagement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
