With millions of downloads and ambitious new titles in the pipeline, we’re entering a new phase of growth.That’s why we’re hiring our first Head of Product — a strategic, data-driven, player-obsessed leader who can scale our product thinking, elevate execution, and help define where we go next.If you’ve built and led successful product teams in mobile gaming (or adjacent industries), know what it means to balance short-term wins with long-term vision, and genuinely care about creating joyful, lasting player experiences — this could be your next big move.What you’ll doOwn the product vision for our portfolio — from concept validation to post-launch live opsLead and scale a cross-functional product organization of PMs, analysts, and designersDefine product strategy across new games, core features, retention loops, and monetizationPartner with studio leadership to align product goals with company priorities and growth targetsBuild a culture of experimentation , player empathy, and measurable outcomesSet up clear product processes , roadmaps, and feedback loops across departmentsChampion user research, data insights, and A/B testing — turning questions into confident directionHire, mentor, and develop high-performing product talent as the team growsRequirements Who you are6+ years in product leadership roles, with mobile gaming experience (or adjacent consumer tech)You’ve built and led successful product teams — ideally across multiple shipped titles or appsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to connect user needs, game design, and business impactDeep understanding of mobile game KPIs — retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, etc.Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator — from design to dev to marketingComfortable navigating ambiguity, ruthless with prioritization, and clear under pressureA systems thinker who can zoom in on gameplay loops, then zoom out to long-term product visionTrue product ownership — your vision will directly shape how millions of players engage with our gamesA seat at the leadership table — strategic influence from day oneKind, talented teammates and a high-trust, low-ego cultureCompetitive compensation, meaningful equity, and performance-based bonusesRemote-friendly setup, flexible working hours, and support for deep workPersonal learning budget, wellness perks, and yes — paid game time#J-18808-Ljbffr
