**THE ROLE**

As a key member of the global Partner Marketing function, you will support the partner team and drive execution of campaigns, activities, and event sponsorships for Temenos globally. You will be responsible for liaising with our ecosystem of Partners and Exchange providers to own marketing delivery and ensure a fantastic experience for our partners.
This role requires a highly organized, driven, and energetic individual who can cultivate strong relationships with our Partners and manage execution of activities, end-to-end.

**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will support the Head of Partner Marketing with planning and executing partner-related events such as Annual Partner Day, Temenos Community Forum, and others (invites, sponsorship, logistics)
- You will continuously maintain the update of the new Partner Portal with latest information, materials and create feedback loop to improve partner experience, supporting all action to drive adoption
- You will collaborate with our partner manager team on partner enablement programs such our Partner Academy
- You will work closely with the global Events team to design exciting sponsorship programs for our partners
- You will act as the central point of contact for all sponsorship-related enquiries and requests from internal and external teams, including contracting and invoicing
- You will support the Partner Marketing and Partner Management leads with global campaigns and events, including the Regional Partner Summits
- You will maintain partner pages on our website and Temenos pages on partners’ websites
- You will ensure an excellent experience for all partners

**SKILLS**
- You should have experience in an events/project management role, ideally in an events or experiential agency
- You should be hyper-organized with exceptional project management skills and ability to multi-task
- You should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service-type skills
- You should have a systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a global team
- You should have ability to travel internationally to execute events
- You should have prior experience with event sponsorship
