Role Overview
Head of Business Development will lead Faboa’s efforts to expand its market presence, develop strategic alliances, and create opportunities for growth in the luxury travel sector.
This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the luxury travel landscape.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring Faboa remains at the forefront of innovation in luxury travel experiences.
Tareas
**Key Responsibilities**: \*\*Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth through business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships that align with Faboa’s vision and elevate its offerings in the luxury travel market.
Lead global expansion efforts by identifying emerging markets and opportunities for collaboration.
**Partnership Development**:
Establish and nurture relationships with luxury travel providers, hospitality brands, and other key stakeholders to enhance Faboa’s value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize value for Faboa and its partners, ensuring mutual success.
Develop co-marketing initiatives and exclusive member benefits with partners to enhance Faboa’s competitive edge.
**Revenue Growth**:
Drive new revenue streams by leveraging strategic partnerships, expanding Faboa’s offerings, and identifying upselling opportunities.
**Innovation & Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the technology team to integrate partner services seamlessly into Faboa’s platform and member experiences.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to shape Faboa’s business development strategy.

Act as a key member of Faboa’s leadership team, contributing to the company’s long-term vision and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to growth and partnership execution.
**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 6+ years in business development, partnerships, or a related role,

preferably in the luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end service industry.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to establish and grow partnerships with

industry leaders, corporations, luxury brands, and other key stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate

opportunities into actionable plans that drive business growth.
- Luxury Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the luxury travel market, its

customer base, and emerging trends.
