En Rhenus Logistics buscamos incorporar un/a “Cutomer Service” en nuestra delegación de Barcelona. Buscamos una persona que tenga un nível de ingles alto (B2-C1), con ganas de trabajar y que tenga experiência previa tratando con clientes exigentes.
Tareas a Realizar:
- Recepción de solicitudes de servicio.
- Introducción de datos en programa de producción.
- Gestión de recogidas.
- Control y seguimiento de envíos.
- Atención al cliente.
- Tratamiento de incidencias.
- Creación/actualización de ficheros Excel alimentando historial de servicios para su posterior análisis de datos (Kpis)
- Nível de estudios medio/alto.
- Habilidades comunicacionales y de atención al cliente.
- Ordenada.
- Proactiva.
- Conocimientos de Excel, importante al menos nível básico, formulas sencillas, actualización de ficheros.
- Conocimientos de Outlook básicos.
- Inglés fluido (B2-C1)
Ofrecemos un contrato indefinido, con periodo de prueba. El salario bruto anual es de 19.000€.
El horario es de 8.30 a 17.30. Posibilidad de teletrabajo una vez finalizado el periodo de formación.
