**Job Description**:
As our People Operations Associate, you will support the Southern Europe HR team in the day-to-day operations related with personnel administration, payroll reporting and onboarding processes from our office in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high quality and sustainable administrative support to all employees across Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy)
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of new EcoVadians, including the collection of essential onboarding documents for new hires
- Preparing reports for payroll, including close collaboration with external payroll providers
- Preparing contracts, appendixes and other documents related to the whole employment life cycle
- Maintaining personal files and updating data in our HRIS
- Benefits enrollment and reporting
- Ensuring continuous compliance with labor regulations and work authorization including work permits and visas
- Supporting our IT team regarding stock and equipment management
- Developing and implementing new office administrative systems/procedures as we continue to grow
- Contributing to a positive and pleasant working environment.

**Qualifications**:
As our People Operations Associate, you will share our passion for creating a working environment that supports and enables all colleagues to achieve their goals. In addition, you will bring:

- At least 1 year of office and/or HR administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required, French is a definite plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with G-suite and Bamboo HR is a plus.
