**Our People Operations team is the driver of Fluendo People processes to strive for excellence and a key piece in elevating the experience of our Flunions lifecycle.** You will be reporting directly to the People Operations team.
We are looking for someone with a huge capacity to grow internally within the team and with high levels of energy.
- Support the People Operations Specialist to manage onboarding/ offboarding
- Manage all our HR providers and benefits to have an excellent employee experience
- Manage overall contract renewals and extensions.
- Making sure everyone has everything they need when staying at the office.
- Ensure office efficiency is always improved.
- Ensure local policies are communicated, implemented, and monitored.
- Organization of office resources and supplies.
- Manage day‐to‐day operations of the facility.
- Being the point person for maintenance, shipping, supplies, bills, and errands.
- Manage and keep updated our internal People platform (Kenjo) to maintain an up-to-date employee database.
- Manage all our internal and external events
- Assist the Office Management Department
- Student of Labour Relations with the possibility to do convenio de prácticas with the university.
- Personal efficiency and teamwork.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, motivate, and collaborate with others are essential.
- Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- HR & Payroll knowledge is a plus.
