OutThink’s aim is to tackle the issue of human risk in cybersecurity, which is one of the two biggest risks of our time (as stated by the World Economic Forum). We believe traditional cybersecurity awareness computer-based training approach is outdated - 90% of data breaches are a result of human errors. We’re putting people at the centre of managing an organisation’s cyber risk and have pioneered the world’s first cybersecurity human risk management platform. We’re now on our way to building a world-class software company and are backed by leading VCs including Albion, TriplePoint Capital and Forward Partners. Whilst early-stage, we count some of the world’s largest and prominent companies as customers including VINCI, Anglo Gold Ashanti, Danske Bank, Rothschild & Co, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

We believe in empowering people to substantially reduce risk and believe the mission to do that is only possible by bringing onboard the best people to OutThink. As such, **we’re looking for an ambitious People and Talent Associate to join our Operations team**, reporting to our VP of Finance, Growth & Operations. This opportunity is tailor-made for an ambitious professional looking to embark on an exciting journey with an early stage, high-growth tech startup.

**What you’ll do**
- **Support with scaling people operations, systems and process.** Being an early stage employee, you’ll support the operations team in standing up pragmatic internal processes that effectively allow us to scale the business for the stage we are at (e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, performance review frameworks, employee benefits).
- **Anything else that comes our way.** We’re a growing start-up and we’ll look to you to be dynamic and step outside of your swim-lane from time-to-time. As an example, this may include participation at trade-shows, employment conferences and other public events.

**Your background**
- **First and foremost, a great attitude.** We’re pioneering on new frontiers. You’ve got the right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk and uncertainty about the future that comes with working at an early-stage start-up. This is an opportunity to be involved in an exciting journey and be a core foundational Operations team member.
- **Relevant experience.** You’ve constantly exceeded goals and targets in a hiring or people operations capacity, ideally in the cybersecurity space. Alternatively, you may be a versatile T-Shaped professional with a few years of top-tier consulting experience and are ready to take the plunge into being a part of building an operations function from first principles.
- **Proven excellence.** You have a strong educational foundation, ideally holding an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. We value people who can demonstrate a track record of exceptional performance - whether that be academics, sport, professional, or another domain of interest.
- **Collaborative working style.** You are humble and understand that building a company such as OutThink is a team sport, requiring large amounts of cross-functional collaboration. You’ve got a background in being an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re able to work collaboratively in diverse and cross-functional teams.
