**What you will be doing**:

- Act as a solution focussed Partner for all L&D-related matters, including talent management, personal development, mandatory training, and employee development
- Develop L&D processes, policies, systems, and guidance materials with a view to establishing and embedding a new approach to L&D through effective and blended learning interventions
- Coordinate, develop and manage suppliers and marketing of our Learning Bootcamp core skills development program
- Partnering with the People Partner team to coordinate, evolve and market our Line Manager development program
- Transpose business needs into effective learning solutions through partnering with internal and external experts and creating learning experiences and materials in line with current industry trends
- Develop effective reporting analytics and use data to spot trends. Identifying where key data points could provide valuable insights to support decision-making in the business
- Management of our mandatory training and employee wellbeing platforms, partnering with stakeholders within the business to execute market-relevant training initiatives

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in administration of training, learning program development and or/project management
- Experience within tech or demonstrable experience within fast-paced, high-growth organisations
- Track record in creating, executing and marketing successful learning programs
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- A passion for learning theory, techniques, design solutions and evaluation
- Ability to manage external partners
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner with the ability to build the necessary level of partnership and influence
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Fluent in English is a must, proficiency in another language (French, Spanish, Italian etc) would be a plus
