We are currently looking for a **Head of Learning & Development**. The Training & Development Manager will involve designing, implementing and managing training programs across all levels of the organization, ensuring consistent delivery of Honest Greens' culture, values and hospitality philosophy. You will play a key role in shaping this department and impacting the future of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish processes, procedures and systems that will shape the department's growth and future operations.
- Identify training needs and work closely with the OPS team.
- Create and design tailored training programs and develop training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules).
- Lead and manage the training team.
- Evaluate the performance of training initiatives and adjust the programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the HR department in creating career and succession plans to ensure the company has a trained and motivated workforce.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and profesional development within the organization.
- Ensure that all employees are aligned with the company’s values and objectives through training.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging training technologies and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in training, talent development, or organizational development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to build and lead a team, providing direction and support to other trainers or learning specialists.
- Ability to design training strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
