**In our global Project Team we are looking for**:
**Senior Project Manager / Associate Director**
**Location: Dublin, Ireland or Warsaw, Poland**
**Key accountabilities**:
- Responsible for overall project execution for new product launches, technology transfers and maintenance of business projects for Bausch Pharma portfolio of Global Pharmaceutical, OTC, and medical device products.
- Providing leadership in facilitating problem solving and decision making by the team and assuring the decisions are consistent with the overall commercial objective of the project.
- Interacting with, and influence, senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for identifying critical project issues and risks, and timely communication to senior leadership.
- Lead and manage the projects effectively and to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agenda, meeting minutes, and action items for team members.
- Maintain key relationships between R&D, Quality, Regulatory, BD, Marketing and internal/external manufacturing.
- Requires BS/BA degree, preferably in the sciences.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or drug development is required.
- Demonstrated track record of success leading new product launches and/or manufacturing projects for pharmaceutical and/or medical device products.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Understanding of Regulatory and Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication and time management skills to meet expectations of all stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organizational and computer skills and understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within the team and cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English.
