Senior Data Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
Understanding the business and project goal and business problem, and collecting the right data.

Querying data from multiple sources/systems and building a quality data model.

Data Cleansing to make data usable for analysis.

Data Examining using programming languages and BI tools.

Interpreting Data to discover unseen business insights and create value from data.

Create reports and dashboards using visualization tools. These reports guide the leadership team to make timely decisions.

**Collaborating with other teams**: you interact with the management team, IT, and SMEs to ensure proper implementation of business requirements and figure out process improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in any relevant field, statistics, Computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. Supply chain Knowledge and a master's degree are a pulse.

1-2 year work experience

**Knowledge of Programming**: You should be experienced in working with databases and data analysis tools. You should be proficient in Python or R. Knowledge of Gurobi is a plus.

Writing SQL queries to extract data from databases.

**Understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning Algorithms**: You must know concepts like probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and various classification and clustering techniques

Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools. Certified Power BI is a plus.

Excellent analytical and system thinking skills.

Good communication and presentation skills to convey your ideas to stakeholders.

Excellent documentation skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Supply chain/Logistics knowledge is a plus.
