**Your role**:

- You consult with the departments, understand the profiles they are looking for and advise them on the day-to-day recruiting process.
- You use your understanding of the Spanish job market and the target group to think about the appropriate sourcing strategy.
- You represent MaibornWolff at job fairs, among other things, and thus acquire new talents.
- Depending on your skills and expertise, you will be responsible for a specific topic (job advertisements, active sourcing, etc.) within Talent Sourcing to improve the sourcing of the department in the long term.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least a Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR.
- You have practical experience with the entire recruitment cycle, ideally in the IT environment.
- You have experience with interviewing, selection and sourcing strategies, including active sourcing.
- You have a recruiting focus such as job advertising in depth, and you approach your topics strategically.
- You speak and write Spanish at native level, and your English is fluent.
