JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To review contracts to prevent losses and lack of competitiveness for the company-
- Reviewing in a daily basis the Booking Analysis Report and Sherlock alerts in order to avoid losses.-
- In a proactive way, generation of the CQC, Atlas, Tableau or any other reports in order to detect the most common errors.-
- To audit contracts loaded by Sourcing team.-
- Manage the cases in Sales Force: fill in all details like mistake, booking and travel window, etc.-
- Support protocols managed by Quality Control, such as Tariff Error protocol and Commercial Gestures.- What we expect from you:- Languages: English and Spanish-
- Knowledge: Salesforce and Atlas: previous experience on contracts/bookings management-
- Organizational Skills, Customer-focused, Attention to detail, Teamwork, continuous improvement, Initiative.-
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.-
- High levels of drive and resilience, comfortable working to targets.
