Actualmente se busca un perfil de Service Manager para incorporarse a su equipo.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Supervisar el funcionamiento de los sistemas de IT de la empresa.
Dirigir y supervisar el trabajo del Service Team, responsable del mantenimiento y actualización de la infraestructura IT.
Gestionar la definición de los acuerdos SLA (Service Level Agreement) y los KPI (Key Performance Indicator), y garantizar su cumplimiento.
Analizar los problemas o necesidades expresados por la empresa y priorizarlos para su gestión.
Proponer mejoras de los procesos informáticos para alcanzar los objetivos operativos.
Desarrollar planes de problem management y service improvement3.
Implantar las mejores prácticas y tecnologías ITSM más recientes y útiles.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

Nociones de gestión de proyectos y gestión de cambios.
Experiência previa en servicios financieros.
Conocimiento del ecosistema Atlassian.
