Todos los días desde el primer día. **Your role**: The Marketing Director main role is to lead Beiersdorf’s Dermocosmetic brand(s) strategy for the Spanish & Portuguese markets, including the business planning, development, and optimization towards achieving sustainable and profitable market share growth. This role also plays a key part on driving brand’s vision throughout the Organization, involving, coordinating, and engaging all Company’s areas towards seamless plans alignment and execution based on goals and budgets. **Main responsibilities**: - Be the strategic brand expert who drives Eucerin brand business strategy for Spain and Portugal to build a sustainable P&L with 5-year top-down to bottom-up planning. - Develop and implement the brand strategy and vision translated into short, medium, and long-term business plans, to boost medical and pharmacist recommendations. - Deep consumer and shopper knowledge leveraging on available sources (IQVIA, Regional Research) and recommend new learning plans if needed to achieve a sustainable growth and/or change the “market establishment rules”. - Design & execute Marketing Plans including the correct mix of investments by portfolio & positioning priorities, always having an RoI mindset. Consider all touchpoints needed to work as ecosystem to build brand image among consumers, pharmacists and healthcare practitioners. - Definition of profitable investments by touchpoint. Responsible for the Annual Marketing Plan and accountable for Marketing Budget. - Execute global marketing strategy translated into local market needs for new and existing products. - Define product portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline and life-cycle management for existing portfolio. - Ensure clear vision roadmap and engagement plans towards brand strategy for key stakeholders. - Shape the key elements that define Eucerin’s position as a “leading brand” in the Iberian dermatological market, working closely with the Business Head of Spain & Portugal and the regional brand teams. - Define pricing & promotional strategy, based on competitive landscape and profitability challenges, working closely with Shopper Marketing & Sales Team. - Prepare net-sales forecast (S&OP leadership) based on sell-out drivers: integrate market information (innovation, consumption/markets evolution, market shares, marketing activations elasticity). - Provide strong project management/leadership on key communications activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Chief Medical Office, Legal and Regulatory requirements. - Active and continuous improvement/challenging mindset for processes, strategies, planning and execution beyond Marketing role: act as a lead member of the Management Team. - Actively lives and foster Company’s Core Values and Leading The Beiersdorf Way: is a role model with strong accountability and collaboration among areas, internally & externally. - Shows a genuine interest on developing the Organization: challenges established structures to create a “fit-for-future” Team and proactively prepares succession plans. **What it takes**: - Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of professional experience as Marketing Manager/Director in international / global companies, with P&L responsibilities. - Ability to manage in cross functional and matrix organizations. - Experience in managing teams (>4 people). - Experience on leading and executing the communicational ecosystem: on & offline media, integrating key opinion leaders & expert ambassadors. - Experience in Derma, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic industry - Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus. **Skills to succeed**: - Strong Leadership within immediate team and broader Organization. - Strong strategic & analytical thinking, bringing insights into action. - Pragmatic, can-do attitude.
