Role*
StreamSets is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Winning new logos is a key objective of the company, so this role is at the centre of taking StreamSets to the next level. In this position, you'll partner closely with the Director of Marketing EMEA + APJ, product marketing, corporate marketing, SDRs, and sales teams to develop and execute a demand generation strategy that best positions StreamSets with our target customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute a strategy for demand generation that supports regional business goals
- Manage marketing events, including event coordination, budgeting, vendor relations, and logistics
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on C-level prospect events
- Manage a full mix of demand generation campaigns such as content syndication and webinars, working closely with the digital and social marketing teams
- Coordinate with SDRs and sales to follow up on leads from each campaign and close the loop on pipeline generation and revenue
- Own your campaign KPIs with evaluation of performance and post-campaign ROI tracking

**Skills**
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with an orientation towards analyzing ROI of marketing campaigns
- Fluency in English, and ideally a second European language
- Willing and able to travel when required

**Experience**
- Event and field marketing experience at a B2B/SaaS technology company
- Experience with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor management
