Under the leadership of our CEO Axel Demazy and VP of Marketing Ollie Bryden, we're building a world‑class organisation, poised to achieve even greater success across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional campaignsOwn localised field marketing campaign roadmap for target regions, working directly with the content and growth teams to briefDeliver well thought‑out account‑based marketing campaigns which deliver qualified sales opportunitiesEvent marketingLead E2E in‑person and virtual event execution in your region – turning this into a consistent revenue generating channelImplement an event marketing playbook covering pre, during and post‑event activitiesAct as a team lead at events by briefing internal teams, managing communications, and ensuring meaningful customer interactionsIdentify co‑partnership opportunities for our event roadmapResearch and insightsBecome an expert in the market landscape of the region through field research, including competitor intelligence, market trends and customer researchAnalyse closed lost deals, closed won deals and E2E customer journeys in our CRMLead nurture and email marketingDesign and execute lead nurture strategies that align with different stages of the funnelWrite compelling email marketing content to drive engagement and conversionsImplement best practices for outbound and inbound email marketingSales and marketing alignmentWork closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and opportunitiesSupport sales teams with marketing materials and messaging for field events, outreach and campaign enablementMarketing operations and performance trackingUtilise HubSpot and Salesforce to track, measure and optimise campaign effectivenessDevelop regional marketing plans based on data‑driven insights and market trendsImprove forecast performance by understanding demand assumptions and pipeline trendsOwn pipeline reporting, ensuring clear visibility of marketing‑influenced opportunities and revenue impactYour ImpactTake full ownership of regional marketing performance, ensuring a direct contribution to lead generation, pipeline and revenue growthFoster close collaboration with the sales team, ensuring strong alignment on pipeline generation initiativesDemonstrate deep market knowledge and ICP understanding, conducting field research, interviews and learning calls to inform content and campaign strategiesDrive improvement in outbound and inbound email marketing campaignsBuild out a strong portfolio of regional marketing assetsWhat you’ll need to succeedA proven track record (2‑3 years) in B2B field marketing (or similar)Strong event execution and operational process management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading teams at eventsStrong understanding of lead nurture and email marketing best practicesHands‑on experience with HubSpot and SalesforceStrong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teamsDeep understanding of ICPs, with a data‑driven approach to campaign strategyExperience with 1:Many / 1:Few ABM strategiesA strong bias for action and a growth mindsetComfortable in a fast‑paced environmentGenuinely curious about what makes field marketing campaigns successful and creative spirit to improve them furtherProficiency B2‑C1 in German – you will be responsible for writing campaign materials and speaking with German vendorsAs we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.About SpendeskSpendesk is the AI‑powered spend management and procurement platform that transforms company spending.
