We are currently looking for our new Head of Iberia. In the role, you will be leading a successful sales and service engineers’ team, locate in Madrid/ Spain.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead and drive the SIG Iberia business and organization through a business turn-around to regain top-line growth and market share improvement. Develop individual customer solutions, delivering additional value and understand customer needs.
Lead and develop the Iberia commercial team with strong focus on succession planning.
Lead by example; improve the individual capabilities of the team and drive their development.
Partner with Head of Cluster to identify the key strategic aspects, provide rationales and ensure the execution of the strategy.
Maintain budget and costs under control and proactively manage the P&L.
Implement and further develop processes which help to perform in the market.
Maintain and expand national / international contacts to develop business.
Support all processes which allow to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Represent SIG in the various industry related organizations.
Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existent and new customers.
Develop strategies to promote SIG’s competitive advantage.

**YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**:
University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or Engineering with demonstrated solid experience in Sales / Marketing and in general management in international companies.
Previous experience of working in the packaging / food / beverage industry will be an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles of a fast-changing consumer market.
Demonstrated strong commercial and people management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer orientation skills.
Excellent Spanish and English language skills.
Readiness to travel up to 50% (mostly within Iberia Region).
Leverage existing business network and ability to further develop relationships to stay ahead of competition.
