**The opportunity**
We’re currently looking for a Key Account Manager Fleet to join our Sales team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you’ll help Polestar expand its presence in the Spanish fleet market, driving our mission to accelerate the shift towards sustainable mobility. We’re seeking someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and the desire to create meaningful change in the automotive industry.
You’ll be central to establishing Polestar as a key player in the Spanish market, developing relationships with fleet customers and supporting our market activation events across the country.
This position is based at Polestar Spain’s office in Madrid, with occasional travel required. We believe in a hybrid working model, balancing in-person collaboration with individual focus time.
**The responsibilities**
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding Polestar’s fleet customer base while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the Sales team, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence and achieving our targets in the fleet market. Key tasks include:
- Acquiring new national and international fleet customers while managing and supporting existing accounts
- Qualifying leads and managing inquiries and tender requests from fleet customers
- Providing support to Key Accounts, leasing companies, and other fleet-relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating with fleet teams across Europe to share best practices and insights
- Supporting Polestar’s market activation events throughout Spain and ensuring excellent client service during visits
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a flexible, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Strong communication and networking skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly. You should be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within fleet management or B2B sales
- A high degree of customer orientation and networking ability
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- The ability and willingness to travel frequently in Spain
