In een fulltime betaalde training van twee weken wordt jij klaargestoomd tot een Customerservice Expert in Valencia voor onze partner Eneco. Je leert alle fijne kneepjes van de systemen en de uiteenlopende klantvragen. Zodra je dit onder de knie krijg je van ons nog een vervolg training om je te ontwikkelen tot de ware Expert Zo weet jij alles over de diensten van Eneco én hoe jij klanten van het beste aanbod voorziet

Op de afdeling van Eneco werken we alleen tijdens kantoor tijden, dus jij bent alle avonden en weekenden vrij om te genieten van het Spaanse leven. Als kers op de taart mag jij ook nog eens je eigen urencategorie kiezen. Voor jouw expertise bieden we je een salaris van € 1500;
- bruto per maand bij 39 uur per week en wordt dit na één jaar wordt dit verhoogt tot € 1600;
- bruto per maand.

**Voor welk bedrijf werk je?**: Wanneer jij start als Customerservice Expert werk je op contract bij Yource voor onze partner Eneco. De focus van Yource is kwalitatief klantcontact bieden voor onze partners en de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van onze 12.000 Members centraal zetten. Hierdoor blijven onze medewerkers groeien in skill en functie en blijven we onze partners verbluffen. Onze Members zijn dan ook ongelooflijk belangrijk en onmisbaar voor ons. Niet zo gek, want zonder onze Members is er ook geen Yource

- Een bruto startsalaris van €1500;
