We are looking for a passionate French B2C Customer Support Representative (Junior) with at least motivation
The Office is located in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona.

- Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies
- Ensure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
- Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation
- Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing department
**Requirements**:
- Curious, quick learner, motivation, happiness, positive & team spirit
- Previous B2C customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experienced on CRM platform is a plus
- Experienced on back-office Operations system: Zendesk, Sales Force, SAP is a plus
**Personal skills**:
- French as a native language & strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Another language is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solver
- Empathic and Service minded
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
