Producing analysis and insights to aid the Europe operational teams in running their business, including the comparisons of performance relative to budget/forecast - Building strong relationships with the operational business, becoming a "trusted advisor" - Working with the PageOutsourcing Finance Director, FP&A and transactional finance teams during the month end close to ensure that revenue is reported accurately, that a flash revenue report is available in a timely manner and that costs are booked correctly and in line with expectations - With the support of the global Transactional Accounting Teams, review and approve monthly balance sheets - Manage the region's budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring this accurately reflects the region's business - Owning the financial business model for the region, supporting the global growth plans for PageOutsourcing - Providing support to tenders and supporting decision making, keeping contract level performance under review - Assisting with contract pricing reviews both during the tender process and after contract signature - Ownership of statutory, audit and tax compliance work for PageOutsourcing entities within the region - Supporting any internal or other external audit activity - Supporting other ad-hoc internal and external reporting as required Great Opportunity to join our finance team in the SSC|Fluent level of English is a must **Judgement** - Excellent attention to detail - Acts with the highest levels of integrity and treats others with respect - Ability to spot trends - Analyses data appropriate for different audiences **Performance** - Thrives in dynamic environments - Highly organised and efficient - Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing tasks from multiple stakeholders simultaneously - Is engaged and demonstrates strong alignment with the organisation's objectives and values **Interpersonal Skills** - Able to communicate effectively with different countries, cultures and organisational levels - Articulate, both verbally and in writing - Good standard of English is required - Flexible to internal customer needs **Experience and Qualification** - Professional accounting qualification - Strong Excel skills - Experience of working in a multi-national business - Strong analytical and problem solving skills PageGroup was established in the UK in 1976.
