Creative Project Manager

**About the role**

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to ensure smooth planning, process flow, and positive outcomes for our ever-growing portfolio of creative client projects.

For this key role, you need to be process-oriented with a keen eye for detail, and identifying improvement areas is your niche. You'll ensure all interactions with our clients are clear, professional, and productive while devising methods and strategies to ensure all future projects are successful.

**What you'll do**
- Be the vital bridge between our creative team and our clients to maintain smooth workflows
- Coordinate internal resources and look after capacity planning to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop feasible project scopes, timelines, and objectives
- Manage day-to-day localization tasks & creative needs between our core service teams in ASO, Design, Performance Marketing, and Retention, as well as with external collaborators
- Track the progress of projects to ensure quality standards, costs, and timelines are met
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate and further develop our external network of collaborators
- Ensure that our localization quality is of the highest standard for our clients
- Work closely with our App Store Optimization team in drafting messages for A/B tests and support with keyword optimization

**What you'll need**:

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a creative project manager
- Experience working with creative teams and a proven ability to create content
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, multitasking, organizational, and risk management skills
- Resourcefulness and creativity with an ability to prioritize and proactively find solutions
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- A love and understanding of language and an awareness of cross-cultural differences

**You'll ideally be**:

- A natural people person
- Familiar with SEO and/or ASO
- Experienced in networking and recruiting external collaborators
- A leader with supervisory skills
- Native in Chinese, Norwegian, Swedish, or German
- Interested in basic design principles and innovative copywriting
- Able to bring fresh ideas to team brainstorming sessions
- Experienced with localization and LQA workflows
