We’re looking for a** Manager, Talent Partners** to join our** **Talent** team that is passionate about improving healthcare through innovative clinical research. As a member of the Premier Research team, you’ll help create tangible solutions for patients in need while building cross-functional partnerships that enable your growth and success.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Coach, develop, and manage members of the Talent team. Drive and reevaluate the recruitment strategy for its effectiveness and continuous improvement. Provide recruiting reports/metrics that inform business decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with Strategic People Partners and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute an innovative recruitment strategy, project hiring needs, and retain current talent
**What We Are Searching For**:
- At least 8 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. CRO experience is preferred
- At least 2 years of line management experience
- Experience developing effective recruitment strategies and being a strategic partner to business stakeholders
