**About the role**

**What you will do**- Research and indentify how to target and influence our prospective users (il.e people who might need reskilling or upskilling)
- Create and execute a content strategy to engage and acquire users. This involves written content, as well as videos, landing pages, or others.
- Identify and test other digital marketing initiatives to increase user acquisition and engagement
- Write, maintain and curate sales and marketing collateral
- Manage all external and internal PR & communications
- Work hand-in-hand with our product and tech team to implement new landing pages and platform improvements.
- Consistently looks for areas to improve, make our messaging more clear and easy to understand to our different customer segments.
- Engage with our partners and identify opportunities to add value.
- You have generalist experience in a growth-focused marketing role, where you’ve worn many different hats and are keen to get stuck in and make a huge impact, ideally in a fast-growth startup environment.
- Obsessively care about customers and the need to regularly communicate with them soliciting feedback and ensuring we are making their lives 100x better.
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills: you are a charismatic, people-person that has the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever-changing startup environment.
- You're confident using data to drive key marketing decisions, whether it's to understand users and identify opportunities or explore if your efforts are delivering value.
- You’re self-sufficient when creating simple marketing assets, and executing or managing paid ad campaigns (search & social).
- Creative thinking and excellent skills and interest in content writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in development of website designs, copy, video, advertisements, promotional material and other marketing-related projects
- Good knowledge of website and campaign analytics tools
- Good knowledge of search engine marketing
- Budgeting and project management experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
- Experience of working in a early stage fast-growth tech business would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, Spanish and ideally at least one more european language.
- Strong passion an interest in reskilling, job market, education, fintech, startups
- You are creative and find ways to “do more with less”. Make a big impact and drive high ROI initiatives.
