Salesforce Contract Analyst

Working as part of the Global Systems & Process Team is essential in our role towards our customers & patients and our commitment to the Medtronic mission to alleviate pain, restore health and extend life. As a member of the team, you are responsible for supporting the deployment of Salesforce Lightning suite (SFDC) Contract Repository and Tender Pipeline in CEMA-region (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Once fully integrated into your role, you will also be actively involved in sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements, and contributing to overall improvements in the system.

**A Day in the Life**
We offer you a position where the following tasks are part of your daily work:

- Supporting users with knowledge of the process & system.
- System workflow & system setup.
- Working on tasks to develop and/or address process improvements via the A3 concept.
- Developing & Giving Training.
- Developing & Executing Testing.
- Supporting Audit activities when required.
- Processing & Documenting.
- Training the support team on existing features and new features.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Fluent English skills
- Comfortable with software configuration in a business environment, preferably Salesforce platform
- Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and remote support tools
- Stress-resistant, objective, and self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

**Nice to Haves**
- Additional language skills is a plus
- Work experience in Offer Development & Contract Management
- Healthcare industry work experience and/or working in a complex multinational matrix environment
