buscamos un/a
Salesforce Security Analyst
orientado/a a la ejecución operativa de controles de seguridad, monitoreo continuo y actividades de cumplimiento dentro del Salesforce Security Service. Tu misión será garantizar la visibilidad de la postura de seguridad, apoyar la respuesta a incidentes y contribuir a la mitigación continua de riesgos en nuestros entornos Salesforce.

Qué harás

  • Ejecutar revisiones de vulnerabilidades y configuraciones (permisos, APIs, integraciones del sistema).
  • Realizar monitoreo diario y semanal de los orgs de Salesforce mediante Security Center, Shield Event Monitoring y herramientas asociadas.
  • Apoyar la implementación de políticas y guías de seguridad, asegurando alineación entre distintos orgs.
  • Gestionar y mantener documentación de seguridad: risk register, informes de revisiones de acceso, evidencias de controles, auditorías.
  • Realizar user access reviews, validando perfiles y permission sets según los estándares de IAM de Excelia.
  • Participar en el triage inicial de incidentes y en investigaciones en coordinación con los equipos centrales de seguridad.
  • Hacer seguimiento de acciones de remediación tras ejercicios de hardening y evaluaciones de riesgo.
  • Preparar informes y dashboards de compliance (KPIs, evidencias de auditoría) para la dirección.
  • Apoyar al Salesforce Security Architect en pruebas de nuevas herramientas o configuraciones de seguridad.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos, vendors y stakeholders de seguridad durante despliegues y mejoras.

Requisitos imprescindibles


3–5 años de experiencia técnica o administrativa en Salesforce
, con exposición a temas de seguridad.

Experiencia práctica con
Salesforce Shield, Security Center
u otros módulos de seguridad.

Familiaridad con
auditoría de configuraciones
, gestión de permission sets y análisis de event logs.

Conocimientos sobre
frameworks y controles de seguridad
(least privilege, access management, SoD).

Habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y buenas prácticas de documentación.

Comodidad trabajando en entornos
internacionales y multi-org
.

Requisitos valorables (Nice-to-have)

Certificaciones Salesforce:

  • Administrator / Advanced Administrator
  • Security & Identity Specialist (nice-to-have)

Certificaciones de seguridad (p. ej.,
CompTIA Security+
)

Experiencia previa en áreas de compliance, auditoría o monitoreo de seguridad.
