Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

About the Role:

• Understand our business, our technology and our teams in order to take part in Fever internal development projects.
• Understand business processes and design, test and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet the business requirements.
• Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions, from functional configuration to Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Component development
• Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps
• Display strong presentation, organizational and executional skills.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and more.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Work proficiency in English
• 2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
• Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
• Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, in a fast-pace environment
