**Mission**:
The main objective is to develop and bring the Fine Fragrance category a step further giving full support to the Global Business Unit.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Create and deliver presentations & storytelling to key segments, clients, and markets, showcasing Eurofragance value proposition.
- Support sales and development in client initiatives, preparing concepts design and PPT presentations, promo kits, etc.
- Collaborate with sales to build strong client relationships, understand clients’ strategies, priorities and brands, to provide them with Insightful fragrance solutions.
- Develop Analytical Tools for Fine Fragrance category.
- Contribute to the vision of the marketing function and the cross-category prospecting tools.
- Communicate and coordinate with regions to leverage and extract top value from our capabilities.
- Monitor the category activities (market dynamics, product** **activity) and understand the client brand.
- Provide a marketing expertise: in coordination with the Evaluation team, build an olfactive vision, lead and anticipate the category drivers along with regional and global trends.
- Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product segments.

**Key Knowledge**:

- Ideally B2B fragrance expertise and knowledge with strong know-how and approach in a global environment.
- Solid understanding of the fine fragrance category strategies and principles
- Strong project management, teamwork and analytical skills.***

**Languages and level**:

- Fluent English is mandatory
- High level of Spanish is strongly recommended
- German & French are a plus

**Experience required**:
Having a minimum of 5 years’ track record experience in a similar field, it would be ideal to bring experience in the Fine Fragrance Category in a Fragrance Design House.

**Educational Background**:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in the field of Marketing and Business Management
