A Marketing position is available at one of the world’s biggest fragrance and flavor companies, IFF. This position offers the opportunity to experience a fast-paced industry and a chance to create work for both new and established fragrance brands.

Based in Barcelona, you will be part of a global marketing team, reporting directly to a Senior Marketing Lead based in Paris/France, and constantly interacting and reporting dotted line to the Commercial Director also based in Barcelona.

**Key tasks**:

- Identifying and leverage key social, product, brand and olfactive trends to help build marketing rationale and concepts.
- Co-create with development and sales team influential noteworthy story-telling
- Support sales team during customers meetings
- Analyzing and present sales data to support creative marketing presentations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the key Spain fine fragrance market, retail channels, activations, communication, new launches, key consumption periods and consumers to be and act as the expert of the market
- Understanding and use IFF corporate capabilities to differentiate IFF from competitors

- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with cross disciplinary teams
- Strong verbal & written communication skills including presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High energy
- Agility: flexible and able to change priorities
- Proactive initiative
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge in PowerPoint

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of brand, communication and/or retail marketing experience in the Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry
