**About the Business**:
- Our client; a global Fragrance House are seeking a Fragrance Development Manager to join their team in Barcelona, Spain, to be responsible for managing and leading projects across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care and Household categories.- This role would report directly into the Project and Fragrance Development Director and you will work closely and transversally with internal teams; Perfumers, Marketing, Key Account Managers.**Main Responsibilities**:
Leading Fragrance Development projects for key customers across the following markets: Spain, Portugal, South Africa, West Africa, UK, interpreting project briefs and specifications and consumer insights and marketing as part of the creative process.
Creation of the client’s olfactory brief, coordinating with internal stakeholders throughout the creative process.
Project management and presentation to clients as per proposals and client requirements.
Accumulate knowledge of raw materials, ingredients, olfactory families and up to date trends, constantly developing in-dept market knowledge.
Implementation of evaluation tools.
**Key Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Fragrance Development Manager or Fragrance Evaluator.
Experience in training and coaching.
Fluent in English and Preferably Spanish.
Good communication skills in writing and speaking.
Project Management Skills.
Knowledge and Passion for the world of Fragrance.
