- This position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, in Vallsolana Business Garden Park, sorrounded by Natural Park.
**Mission**:
Develop Eurofragance marketing Home Care category tools through an in-depth understanding of Fine Fragrance, Body and Home Care categories by mastering fragrance industry dynamics / trends, consumer insights, brand and product knowledge with a best-in-class client service mindset.
**Functions**:
- Support sales and fragrance development teams in client initiatives, preparing concepts design and preparing innovative presentations, promo-kits and additional marketing material in line with global marketing strategies.
- Develop Analytical Tools for Home Care categories and selling stories for new technologies.
- Contribute to the vision of the global marketing team in the development of Prospective Trends & Category tools.
- Inspire cross cultural teams, clients and partners by creating and delivering engaging presentations & storytelling occasions to showcase value propositions for our fragrances.
- Be a key catalyzer for growth for Eurofragance EAT business through identifying and promoting product and fragrance opportunities.
- Monitor the category activities (market dynamics, product activity) and understand the client brand, and consumer behaviour.
- Build an in-depth market, consumer and cross-category understanding for assigned geographies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships, build joint account strategies, priorities and provide them with Insightful fragrance solutions.
**REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES**:
- At least 3-5 years of marketing experience with a good track record, ideally in B2C in FMCG Home Care with strong technical know-how and experience working with multinational teams. (Marketing experience in a fragrance house will also be strongly valued)
- Solid understanding of fragrance industry and related category dynamics.
- Client oriented and excellent presentation skills.
- Strategic and forward thinking.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious and well connected with trends, fashion, fragrance and lifestyle.
- Comfortable and familiar with various CI tools and trend databases to transform these insights into key take outs.
- Structured thinking, planning, organizing and building partnerships.
- Ability to perform well in cross functional teams and projects.
- Passion for fragrance.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Demonstrated creativity and ideation skills.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new-technologies savvy.
