**¿Qué harás?**:
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Como Marketing Manager reportarás a Dirección General y te responsabilizarás de liderar y llevar a cabo la implementación de la estrategia y el plan de Marketing online y offline. Además, trabajarás en el branding y en cómo podemos dar a conocernos en diferentes mercados y segmentos, tanto en España como en Europa.
- Definirás la estrategia de marketing y realizarás la elaboración del plan anual.
- Desarrollarás técnicas de branding para aumentar la visibilidad de nuestra marca.
- Realizarás estrategia en redes sociales y conocimiento de Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads) para potenciar la imagen de marca en redes sociales.
- Te responsabilizarás del SEO y la estrategia de posicionamiento de la web, búsqueda de palabras clave, análisis de la competencia y búsqueda de oportunidades. (Herramientas: SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Sistrix o similar) para la optimización web y mejora del posicionamiento y SEM.
- Organizarás y gestionarás eventos, así como colaboraciones con universidades y escuelas de negocio.
- Serás responsable de supervisar la gestión de fotografía y videos corporativos.
- Tendrás contacto con medios de comunicación y proveedores.

Eres la persona que buscamos si:

- Te apasiona la comunicación y el marketing y quieres formar parte de un equipo internacional y multicultural.
- Tienes formación universitaria preferiblemente en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación audiovisual o similar.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de analítica web (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager) para el análisis del tráfico de la web.
- Será valorable el conocimiento de otras herramientas tipo MailChimp, Semrush, Moz o Sistrix.
- Dominas el pack Adobe (Photoshop e Illustrator).
- Tienes conocimientos de branding.
- Tienes conocimientos de edición de vídeo y fotografia.
- Tienes experiência previa mínima de 3 años en una posición de Marketing.
- Tienes un nível de inglés avanzado. Si hablas otros idiomas serán un plus
- Tienes capacidad de gestión de equipos.
- Eres una persona orientada al cliente y a resultados, con habilidades de comunicación, entusiasta, proactiva, con capacidad crítica, y con mucha ilusión por aportar ideas.
